Joshua Brooks Air Conditioning Installation

Prime Air Solutions completed an air conditioning installation for Joshua Brookes, Manchester, supporting the expansion of the venue’s bar and restaurant facilities with the opening of the top floor area.

The project involved the installation of Mitsubishi Electric split systems with indoor ceiling cassette units, providing efficient and discreet climate control throughout the newly developed hospitality space. Due to the constraints of the city centre location and limited external space, careful planning was required to position the outdoor condensing units at high level on the balcony using specialist lifting equipment.

To suit the operational requirements of the venue, all works were completed during quieter business hours to minimise disruption to staff and customers. Additional measures, including the installation of drip trays, were incorporated to prevent condensation discharge onto surrounding areas below.

The completed installation delivered a reliable and energy-efficient cooling solution, creating a comfortable environment for customers and staff while supporting the successful expansion of the venue.
