Commercial Office Air Conditioning Install
Project Overview
Prime Air Solutions were appointed to deliver a complete air conditioning solution for a newly refurbished third floor commercial office space in Chorley, Lancashire.
The project involved the installation of a Mitsubishi Electric VRF system designed to provide efficient and reliable climate control throughout the office environment. Working alongside the new ventilation heat recovery system, the installation was carefully designed to deliver simultaneous heating and cooling while also supporting fresh air supply and extract across the workspace.
The Mitsubishi Electric VRF system comprised 10 ducted fan coil units serving a range of areas including open-plan office spaces, meeting rooms, private offices, training rooms, staff kitchens, and breakout facilities. The use of concealed ducted units allowed for a discreet finish while maintaining consistent comfort and air distribution throughout the floor.
All external condensing units were strategically positioned within a purpose-built outdoor compound to minimise visual impact while ensuring optimal system performance and ease of future maintenance access.
The completed installation provides the client with a modern, energy-efficient environmental control solution tailored to the demands of a contemporary office environment, improving occupant comfort, flexibility, and overall workplace performance.
