Commercial Office Air Conditioning Install
Project Overview
Prime Air Solutions were awarded the air conditioning package for a commercial office fit-out project in Manchester City Centre, delivering a complete mechanical climate control solution for the development.
The scope of works included the installation of a new Samsung VRF system alongside a number of single split systems designed to provide efficient and flexible temperature control across the building. The Samsung VRF installation comprised a combination of 40 x 360 round cassette units and wall-mounted indoor units, serving a variety of areas across all four floors including meeting rooms, private offices, open-plan workspaces, staff kitchens, and breakout facilities.
Due to the city centre location and rooftop plant requirements, all external condensing units were crane lifted safely into position onto the building’s roof structure as part of a carefully coordinated installation programme.
The completed project delivered a modern, energy-efficient air conditioning solution tailored to the operational demands of a contemporary office environment, providing reliable year-round comfort throughout the workspace.
